What is freshly-brewed, made-to-order bird's nests?
We double boil our bird's nests only when you place an order, ensuring that you receive the freshest bird's nests possible.
Where is LENE from?
Our raw bird's nests are from Malaysia. The bottled bird's nests are made in Singapore, in an SFA approved facility.
Why do I have to keep my bird's nests in the fridge?
Unlike other brands, we do not use preservatives in any form.
Our bird's nests are not cleaned with bleach, neither do we use sugar in cooking our bird's nests.
To preserve your bird's nests in the best condition possible, it is best to keep it in the fridge.
Why is the expiry so short?
Our bird's nests contains zero preservatives, including sugar. (Yes, sugar is a preservative!) All our bottles are made to order, we only cook our bird's nests once we've received your order.
Is LENE suitable for pregnant mothers?
Yes! We are confident our product is bleach free since we have control over the entire supply chain.
How many bottles of LENE can I take a day?
Our body can absorb about 1.5 to 3g of bird's nests daily, in dry weight. That works out to be about 1-2 bottles a day.
It is important to be consistent in taking bird's nests small amounts every single day instead of large amounts once or twice a week.
Can I have LENE warm?
We recommend keeping it in the fridge as soon as you receive your LENE. To consume, you can either have it chilled or warm, depending on your preference!
To warm up your bottle of LENE, put the bottle in a pot of simmering water for 5 minutes.
Is LENE really sugar-free?
Yes! We assure you that our bird's nests is without sugar as stated on our nutritional label.
The subtle sweetness in LENE comes from monk fruit, also known as luo han guo. Monk fruit is also suitable for peole with diabetes since it does not raise our glycemic index.
Is LENE halal certified?
LENE is vegetarian friendly and halal compliant, but not halal certified.

Who is suitable to take bird's nests?
Generally, edible bird's nest is suitable for people of all ages, young and old. As long as you are not allergic to bird's nest, it is a great health and beauty supplement.
Our product is free from chemicals and hence suits pre- and post-natal mothers!

What is the best time to take bird's nests?
For best absorption, bird's nest should be taken on an empty stomach right after waking up, or right before going to bed.
Why is it better to take bird's nests every day?
Edible bird's nest is best consumed in small amount everyday, as the body is unable to absorb the too much nutrients when you consume excessively. It is more effective to consume on a daily basis than to eat a large amount once or twice a week. This also helps you in making the most out of what you are spending on bird's nests.

Where do you deliver to?
Currently, we are only delivering our bird's nests locally in Singapore. We are working towards expanding overseas. Stay tuned on our IG or newsletter!
How long is delivery?
We provide free local courier delivery within 3-5 working days. We also offer next working day express delivery at $10.
Our working days are from Monday to Friday. If you urgently need something delivered by Saturday or Sunday, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil it.
We deliver directly from our central kitchen to you, ensuring that your order comes in the most pristine conditions.
Can I customise my orders?
Whether you are looking for unique wedding favours for your special day or a luxurious gift set for your customers, we are happy to work with you to create a deluxe experience for you. How does subscription work?
Every week, we will deliver your bird's nests to you on the same day. There is a minimum commitment of 2 weeks, but you can cancel any time thereafter. It is completely flexible!
What is your return and refund policy?
If our product arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, please contact us at hello@lenebirdsnest.com immediately within 5 days and we will rectify it right away.
Due to the perishable nature of our bird's nests, all sales are final and are not eligible for a refund or return. If for any reason you need to send our product back to us, customer will bear the shipping cost.
For our subscription service, once your subscription starts you can’t get a refund for any payments you’ve already made.
